To date Grafton ESP has recruited staff to a wide variety of posts for The Support Team of The Police Service of Northern Ireland.

Administrative Officers - provides a vital first line clerical and administrative support to both Police Officers and Police Staff helping them fulfil their duties within a range of departments.

Crime Scene Investigators - responsible for attending volume and serious crime scenes and carries out the identification, recovery, preservation and interpretation of forensic evidence.

Trainee Police Analyst – provides analysis of crime patterns, trends and associated information. The analyst contributes to policing strategies and problem solving initiatives.

Departmental Accountant - supports Operational Support Department’s planning, controlling and decisionmaking processes by providing quality information and sound professional advice.

Physical Education and Fitness Instructor - plans and implements physical assessments and training programmes and evaluates the performance of students throughout the duration of the Student Officer Course and the Probationer Courses, as well as to Police Officers and Civilian Support staff.

Kennel Assistant - provides an effective kenneling service to the PSNI Dog Training Unit, consistent with Dog Service Orders, Kennel Staff Instructions and Dog Training Manual.

Foundation Trainer - delivers appropriate training and development to the Student Officers on a continuous 20-week foundation programme and provides the core skills and knowledge for new entrants into the PSNI.

Press Officer - the first point of contact for the media on all questions relating to policing. The Press Officer is responsible for writing media statements, newspaper columns and communicating the Police Service of Northern Ireland policy.

Head of Police College – develops, maintains and continuously improves the delivery of learning, training, education and development strategies and ensures improved performance of all staff in order to increase public satisfaction and confidence in policing.

HR Business Partner - provides a full and comprehensive HR generalist service across the organisation in both an operational and strategic capacity and manages a variety of HR projects to support the delivery of key business objectives.

Telecommunications Engineering Technician - carries out the repair, maintenance and installation of telecommunications equipment at various police and public service establishments throughout Northern Ireland.

Station Enquiry Assistant – the first point of contact for all visitors or personnel to the Police Station. The Station Enquiry Assistant provides essential support to the smooth running of the organisation.
