Recruitment and Selection Protocol
This protocol outlines our commitment to providing an efficient and effective customer service for all applicants.

We will ensure that
• Your application is dealt with as quickly as possible.
• You will be given timely and accurate information on the recruitment and selection process.
• Your application will be treated in the strictest of confidence and stored in a safe and appropriate manner.
• All GraftonESP personnel processing your application are carefully selected, security vetted and trained to the highest standards.
• Our staff will treat you with respect and consideration, addressing your concerns and questions in a professional manner.
• Our process and procedures are followed, ensuring a fair and consistent approach
• Equal opportunity information relating to your application will be held securely outside our offices. Our staff will not have access to these records and it will not be used in determining your suitability to enter the ‘merit pool.’ Selection to this pool will be based solely on the principle of merit.

To assist us in ensuring that we provide you with a quality service, you need to:
• Give us complete and accurate information. Please note that late or incomplete applications will be rejected.
• Return all documents as specified and ensure that your unique ID number is clearly noted on your application form, equality monitoring form, medical questionnaire and envelopes.
• Give your correct unique number when you contact us about your application.
• Tell us about changes in your circumstances as soon as possible.
• Provide us with feedback on our service.

Post assessment
GraftonESP will provide feedback to candidates who request it, within 6 weeks from their attendance at interview/assessment.
